Pallet — Terms & Privacy

This page covers what is specific to Pallet, the B2B and wholesale app. It sits on top of the terms and privacy notice common to every Keelhelm app; read them together.

What Pallet reads and does

Pallet requests read and write access to your products, companies, customers, and price rules, and read access to your orders, to manage wholesale price lists, a registration and approval workflow, and quick ordering for B2B customers. The write permissions are used to configure wholesale pricing and company records you set up.

Checkout rules run on Shopify

Order-minimum, pack-size, and quantity-increment rules are enforced at checkout by a Shopify Function that runs on Shopify's own infrastructure. It evaluates the cart's contents at checkout time to apply your rules; that evaluation happens within Shopify.

No third-party data sharing

Pallet is deliberately scoped to Shopify. It does not connect to, export to, or share your wholesale or customer data with any external ERP or other third-party system.

Plans

Pallet offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Unlimited plans, billed through Shopify (monthly, or annually at a discount). Its entry plan is priced above the rest of the suite because B2B setup includes real onboarding support; current prices and limits are on the pricing page.

Data retention and deletion

Price-list configuration and wholesale-registration records are kept while Pallet is installed and are deleted or anonymized on uninstall and on Shopify's customers/redact and shop/redact requests, as described in the common privacy notice.

Pallet is operated by Keelhelm. Beyond this page, the common app terms and app privacy notice apply, and so do the company-wide Terms, Acceptable Use, Privacy, and Copyright / DMCA policies, incorporated by reference.
